The air at the Christmas Market smells like autentic flavors

The culinary stands are a showcase on South Tyrolean traditional gastronomy. In the menu can’t be missing canederli: gnocci made of bread seasoned with speck, but even with spinach; body and soul find comfort in a variety of soups, barely, gulasch, white wine; the farmer’s würstel could be the right choice to whet the appetite, even speck and cheese or the “Dinnede” bread baked at the moment seasoned with potatoes, chees or speck; we have a solution for your sweet tooth, with strudel, “Kaiserschmarrn”, crêpes with jam. We also have a variety of different drinks, like the mulled wine or the apple-mix.
